Working with Kempf-Vanderburgh Realty was a great experience. We had the hardship of selling a house that was about 2 hours away from where we were living and Alice was so helpful and accommodating to us being far away. She was able to help with our staging and find local tradesmen to fix up the property. She was also very adamant about improving the space to increase its value in order to put us in a better position as sellers in the market.
