We had such a great experience working with Paul! As first-time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and didn’t always know what to expect, but he made the entire process easy and enjoyable. He was always on time (if not early), super responsive, and kept us updated every step of the way. He really listened to what we wanted, worked hard to find the perfect home for us, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. My wife and I began looking for our first house in the fall of last year, and Eric ended up being with us from the very beginning. My work schedule constrained us to looking at houses in the evening or on weekends, and Eric was always ready. I remember one weekend when he dedicated an entire Saturday to showing us a string of houses in different towns, and then sat and talked with us for quite some time afterwards about what we thought and what our impressions were. He never looked at his watch, checked his phone, or made us feel like a burden in any way. He was never pushy, he was always patient, and he always responded to phone calls or texts. Buying a house can be hectic (especially the first time through), and he was always ready to answer our many questions. Though I know he was working with other people besides us at the same time, he still made us feel like we were his priority. I highly recommend Eric to anyone who is looking for a new home.

Extremely nice and very knowledgeable about houses. She knew exactly what to look for in every house we looked at. If it were not for her I probably would of ended up in a house with a ton of problems.
