My wife and I began looking for our first house in the fall of last year, and Eric ended up being with us from the very beginning. My work schedule constrained us to looking at houses in the evening or on weekends, and Eric was always ready. I remember one weekend when he dedicated an entire Saturday to showing us a string of houses in different towns, and then sat and talked with us for quite some time afterwards about what we thought and what our impressions were. He never looked at his watch, checked his phone, or made us feel like a burden in any way. He was never pushy, he was always patient, and he always responded to phone calls or texts. Buying a house can be hectic (especially the first time through), and he was always ready to answer our many questions. Though I know he was working with other people besides us at the same time, he still made us feel like we were his priority. I highly recommend Eric to anyone who is looking for a new home.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Patricia. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and was able to navigate a very complex sale flawlessly. Patricia sold our 3 family for well over asking price, in record time and with the tenants still residing in the property. She orchestrated showings, inspections and negotiations successfully on our behalf while keeping us appraised of the progress. Patricia took care of every detail making this process effortless on our part. We highly recommend Patricia; our star broker!

I have sold 4 homes and I can honestly say that I have never worked with a real estate professional like Oliver. Oliver helped us sell our antique home in Pepperell, MA and could not have made the process easier. He helped us obtain bids from septic contractors, walked us through the process, and even helped us by making several trash runs to the transfer station as we were trying to finish cleaning the house the day before closing. All of his guidance and suggestions were right on point and he was able to get us the price we were looking for. I cannot thank Oliver enough for his help and support.
