When my husband and I were ready to sell our house, we were very nervous. We used a different realtor to buy, and the experience was not great. She was also well connected with potential buyers, realtors, contractors, etc. in the area, which was a great relief to us. She was a great negotiator - this was really key for us. She told us all of the options we had whenever we were going to make a decision, and she advocated for us 100%.
