We could not have been happier than we are with the service that Steve and Matthew provided to us during the sale of our house in Potomac. We interviewed 3 realtors, including Steve, and were impressed with him immediately. Steve patiently led us through the long process of clearing out and de-cluttering our house, brought in a stager who set the place up beautifully for showing, a photographer who produced beautiful photos and a video of all the rooms and the grounds. He worked tirelessly to show the house and "hold our hand" during slack periods around the holidays and while we were out of the country for 2 weeks. Steve brought real expertise to the process and to the fluctuations in the local market. He told us to expect a slow period during the holidays but accurately predicted that things would pick up after that, and that's what happened. In late December foot traffic picked up a lot and we had two offers before the end of the year, the second one for our full asking price! We were very satisfied with that price. After that, Steve continued to guide us through the settlement process, termite and building inspection, and facilitated last-minute repairs that were necessary before going to settlement. He arranged for us to meet with the title company prior to closing because we were going to be away on the actual date of settlement and he attended that meeting with us. Both Steve and Matthew are the most pleasant and patient people to deal with and very cooperative and solicitous to their clients. They kept in constant communication with us every step of the way so that we were always aware of what was going on and were able to provide them with our preferences as various choices arose. We would be very happy to employ Steve again and highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling in this area.
