Amy identified a house she know met our requirements and helped us cruise through the buying process. We truly appreciated her input and relied on it heavily. She was very detailed, she had print outs of the house, information on upgrades and facilitated some fixes from the home inspection. Amy did an amazing job as a seller agent. She met with us and did a walk through of the house. Long story short, we had three viewings in 2 days and our house was on the market for one day and went under contract. She worked with contractors to make sure we fixed some items as requested by the buyer. The amount of effort and time she put into walking us through the buy and sell process is unbelievable.
