Merilee transformed the daunting and difficult process of selling my parents’ house into a series of easy to manage steps, that led to the successful sale of the house. She knows the real estate market inside and out, is well connected to a trustworthy network of specialists who can assist with any work needed to get the house sold. Most importantly, I felt Merilee was always right by my side throughout the entire process, even though I live in another state and was handling the sale long distance. Merilee went above and beyond to do things that took work off my plate, and she was available and responsive to me 24/7. This was so important for me, because in addition to being out of state, I have a demanding career and many responsibilities on the home front, caring for both kids and aging parents. I can’t recommend Merilee highly enough; she’s the best in the business, a consummate professional, and one of the kindest and most respectful people I’ve ever met. I should add that in my lifetime, I’ve bought and sold multiple houses, and never have I encountered an agent of Merilee’s caliber, she is simply the best of the best. Thank you, Merilee!
