I was very anxious about purchasing my first home. I am so grateful that I found Audrey to be my realtor, as she was a perfect match. She is incredibly knowledgable about the market in my area and the home buying process. She gave me enough information to feel like I was making informed decisions but not so much that I was totally overwhelmed by the process. When ever I had a question she was able to answer the question or if she wasn't she got back to me within 24 hours with the answer. She also very quickly picked up on what I was looking for and found me several good options to look at before I made my decision. She gave me a detailed list of deadlines that kept me on track and that alerted me to prompt my loan agents when necessary. Because my closing date was 2 months from the time I found the house each week Audrey would check in with me to see how I was doing and to remind me of what to expect with the next step. I would totally recommend Audrey to anyone looking for a house but in particular to new home buyers because she is an excellent educator and responsible professional.
