Penny was so helpful in buying our new home. Although we have purchased a home before, we were very inexperienced in the process of getting a loan, negotiating with other parties, and closing on the property. Penny was incredibly knowledgeable and reassuring in a highly stressful situation. We couldn't have done it without her!

Working with Shelley took away the stress buying and selling a home can be. She’s very knowledgeable and if she doesn’t know she finds out quick! A wonderful experience with a super nice and competent lady.

When the opportunity came to sell our property, Jim was our first and only call. The experience could not have been better, from the market study to listing the home everything the "Jim Bass Team" does is top notch. Amanda provided regular contact from start to finish and presented us with a clean offer and a quick settlement. We simply could not ask for a more pleasing experience. Looking forward to our next opportunity and be sure we'll recommend referrals in the future! Kind Regards, Dave & Julie Marcoux
