Right from the beginning Ross demonstrated a very strong commitment to his work and doing an excellent job. For example, I called him at 10 pm in a panic because I need to find a home for my elderly parents quickly. He called me back at 10:05 pm. In our interactions, Ross conducted himself with the upmost professionalism, diligence and truly demonstrated a sense of caring and wanting our family to be a satisfied customer. Ross is an exceptional real estate professional and I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

I was assigned to Fran from Zillow when I saw a house I wanted to tour. She was super easy to work with and was patient with me as I looked through the market. She had great advice as we toured homes; I was a first time homebuyer and she walked me through all the steps and did not lead me astray! She also provided some great connections along the way as well.
