We were the first time home buyers. Jen walked us through the different stages of the process, we set expectations & it was very easy to follow. She was always available to answer our questions. When we were looking at the houses, she was sharing her knowledge & pointing at things to pay attention to, in case we go to the open house without her. After we purchased the house, she provided us with contacts for some contractors to help with fixing things and with the move. Overall, it was such a pleasure to work with Jen.
