Ryan is indeed an excellent agent, period! My husband and I are first-time home buyers. We knew nothing about the process by the time we started. Ryan just helped us find our dream home. I can't say enough about how professional and friendly he is. We went tour at least 20 properties, and Ryan was always very patient, and informative. He pointed out the problems without we asking about them, and he kept telling us to take our time until we are absolutely in love with a house. Our home hunting lasted over four months. Ryan kept us updated about the properties on the market (even coming soon) that meet our needs promptly. By the time we finally found the one, Ryan literally did everything he can to help us get the best deal possible. The seller and his agent weren't very responsive. It took a week for the seller to sign the contract after they accepted our offer (probably because Ryan negotiated us such a great deal). My husband and I got pretty nervous about the whole deal falling apart, but again, Ryan saved the world! Ryan did everything possible to keep this deal move forward. Once we were under contract, the whole process went very smoothly. Ryan helped us every step of the way, we were even able to close early. I know a lot of the buyers think about the rebate from a real estate agent. We did too, at the very beginning. The fact is, Ryan may not give the same rebate as a Redfin agent, but I think the best decision I ever made is to have Ryan as our agent. The service you get from Ryan is just completely at a different level. We talked to Redfin agents too, and in our case, the seller had a Redfin agent. The way they operate is to have different people handle different steps of the home-buying/selling transaction. And they were not very good at keeping relevant people informed. We had a couple of hiccups because the seller's agent did even know what's going on. I would rescommend Ryan to anyone who is lokking for a new home.
