Second, there were several repairs/updates that were needed from painting to power washing etc and Chris and Will had a great team of contractors available to quickly fix all the issues and they handled all the logistics with the contractors as well. Third, when we received an offer, Chris went through it in great detail with us giving her input and recommendations which ultimately closed the deal. Finally, their communication throughout the process was excellent. Whether via email or text, both Chris and Will were always available and quick to reply.
