Bill was available to me for any questions I had and responded immediately. Bill is very efficient and knowledgeable and made the sale go smoothly. I would recommend Bill is your looking for a good realtor. P.S. Before my sister Elsie passed, Bill sold her other house while she was in the hospital, taking time to explain everything to her and notify her of any information or paperwork needed. He is a great person to work with as a realtor and as a person.

Carol was very professional right from the outset of our home buying journey. Being first time home buyers we were new to the process and Carol guided, educated and helped us throughout the process while ensuring we had all the information we needed to make the best informed decision that would suit our needs. Her market knowledge and proactive nature helped us find and close on a home that we liked a lot. Her comittment to her clients are second to none, there were weekends where the weather was less than ideal and she would still come out to show us homes that we liked within a short amount of time from when we would send her listings we liked, she would also use that to further understand our likes and dislikes and suggest other properties we could see that would tick those boxes as well.
