I highly recommend using Pam when selling your home!!! Her knowledge is exceptional and I was so very impressed by her communication….we were never “in the dark” about anything and all questions were answered fully and promptly. She has “out of the box”thinking, which lead to our house selling in 24hrs….with many offers well over asking price and other amazing perks for us, as sellers!! We were/are SO pleased with our partnership with Pam….and that’s how it feels, she partnered with us and truly cares about her clients!

Susan was very helpful in making suggestions as we moved forward with putting our building up for sale. As a board we felt her trustworthy and very knowledgeable in the suggestions she made, we felt she was always looking out for our best interest. She worked hard for us. Her outlook on selling the building was very positive. Whenever I contacted her, she responded quickly with an answer to my question and or checked into it. I would highly recommend her to help any business needing assistance in the sale of a building.

Sue is direct and personable which makes her the best! She knows what is best for her clinics and gets the job done. We loved working with Sue!

Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
