I do not even know where to begin with how amazing Jesieryl was. She was very knowledgeable, patient, caring, prompt and just amazing all around. From The day i spoke to her over the phone, i knew this would be a great experience. Although i lived in another state, she made it her business to help me and go above and beyond in any and everything. The home buying process with her was beyond great. We had bumps along the road but Jesieryl always managed to find a way to save the day. If there were more then 5 stars to give, i would because this lady was nothing short of amazing. I am very thankful for Zillow connecting me to this awesome lady.

Carol has two major asserts as far as being a real estate agent. The first is that she listens to what you want as far as where you want to live. Prior agents decided that they know what I wanted more than I did and did not listen to me. I wanted to live in a community with retirees who wanted to do things. She found me a community with over 55 year old residents who were very active and who continually went outside to exercise and enjoy the beautiful weather we have been enjoing. They go to restaurants and other eating establishments as well as super markets to purchase food and necessities for their homes. The current residents take me with them to help me learn about different places and the advantages or detractions of each. The second asset which Carol has is that she is the hardest working real estate agent I have ever met or worked with. Her energy level is amazing. If she says she will pick you up at 9:00 AM, you had better be ready since she will be there. She finds the answers to all your questions about the unit she is showing you and tells you all the good points and the bad points so that you are entering into negotiations with knowledge on your side. She is honest and forthright. You can rely on her descriptions of the conditions of the unit and how actious the seller is to want to sell the unit. I have recommended Carol to people I know who want to buy Florida real estate without fear that she will mislead them. I was selling my house and not purchasing an another house as I’m moving out of the country for a bit. Debby helped me find this house years ago and it was an easy process and selling at this time was even easier. She communicates which is key to the whole process, as I was traveling, she kept me posted as far as what was going on and within a week she had an offer which was over my asking price so I can’t ask for anything. Debby did a great job and when I come back to purchase another house, she’ll be my first call. All I can say is if you need a real estate agent, Debby is who you need. She’ll take care of you and make sure things go smoothly.

I seriously can’t say enough good things about Kate! She made my entire home-buying experience fun, smooth, and stress-free. I had never been to the PA/DE/MD area before, had a tight weekend schedule with a long (looooong) list of houses I wanted to see, and she managed to fit them all in without making it feel rushed or overwhelming. Her energy and organization were incredible. For me, what meant the most was how welcoming she was. Kate helped me understand the vibes of different communities in North and Central Delaware, answering all my (many) questions, was a steadying hand (literally) while climbing into attics, a fun partner in comedy when the unexpected popped up, and an all-around awesome person to work with. Buying a home can be nerve-wracking, but Kate made it genuinely enjoyable.
