There were challenges involved, especially when the inspection report came back and we had to replace all water pipes. Juston negotiated with the seller's agent and got concessions towards repairs. Prior to that he also pushed for help in closing costs. We were excited when our appraisal came back higher than our purchase price. Through constant and open comminication, we were able to close within a month. Sam is the best realtor I have been working with. He is going above and beyond to get you the house that you are looking for. Moreover, he has the best communication methods. Always answering phone calls and responding to text and emails in a timely manner. He is also pointing out things need repair or attention (free house inspection 😂).
