After attempting to reach two other agents, Caroline Reed called me, and I think it was one of my luckiest days ever! Caroline is incredibly knowledgeable and an expert teacher when it comes to explaining the process of making a purchase, and walking you through it from beginning to end. Caroline is what I refer to as a "doer," as she outlines what needs to be done, acts on it immediately, and communicates extremely well with the buyer. Her knowledge base is impressive, to say the least, but she is also incredibly pleasant (fun, actually). Every time I got off the phone with Caroline I would say to my husband "Our Realtor is fantastic!" My husband and I bought our home in New York over twenty-five years ago so purchasing our property in Crisfield still felt like a very new process to us, which when I first thought about doing, felt daunting. However, after receiving Caroline's call there was no looking back, and absolutely no doubt.
