Mary made the process of buying in another city relatively easy and stress free.

Mary is very knowledgeable regarding the Ocean City market. She seems to know everyone in town. She negotiated for a credit at settlement to replace the hot water heater. The loan and settlement companies that she recommended were very professional. Between emails and phone calls, I was well informed during the entire process. I highly recommend Mary and would use her again in the future.
