He went through and let us know which offers were stronger than others and WHY they were stronger or weaker. James was incredibly patient and took the time to explain things whenever we had questions. He was able to negotiate a very favorable rent back for us, since the house sold much quicker (and for over asking price) than we anticipated! He was very calm and reassuring through the whole process. He was amazing helping us navigate the emotions of selling our family home, where we raised our children. There were some hiccups from the buyers during the process, not at all due to anything that James missed, but he gave us great guidance on what we legally could do, as well as giving us some guidance on what he believed was the morally right thing to do. After the sale of the home, James continued to check on us and encourage us. We could not have asked for a better agent and STRONGLY recommend James. In fact, we have a family member who was so impressed with our experience that they hired James to sell their condo as well. You will not regret hiring James.
