We are so blessed to have had Rhonda as our agent. She set us up with our dream house and we could not be more grateful. She was there for us every step of the way, and explained everything, as we were first time home buyers. Her advice was always honest, insightful and kind and she worked around the clock to get us settled into our new home. She was never pushy- we knew from day one she wanted us in a home that we would truly love, even though it took time to find. She is extremely knowledgeable- and once the home was purchased she kept up with us to make sure we found people for the few repairs needed, and gave insight on which utility providers would be best for our neighborhood. I could not give her a higher recommendation, we found her to be completely delightful to work with every step of the way. We will always be so grateful to her.

Highly Recommend Kari!

Kari knows the market inside and out, and we felt completely at ease with her helping us through the entire process! Our home received multiple offers and went under contract almost immediately. Kari was always open and responsive with communication and was quick to answer any questions we had along the way. We did run into a bump when our home failed the septic inspection, but Kari and her team recommended someone who was able to get the job done and truly advocated for us throughout the process. We trusted the process, and Kari got it done! We couldn’t be happier with how everything worked out and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy, sell, or both!

Kari told us what was needed to prepare our house to be sold. This helped us sell it quickly and for more than asking. She was overall very responsive and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed working with her. We liked Kari so much the first time we bought our house in 2015 that we used her again to sell our house in 2026.
