My experience with Michelle was a pleasant one. We were first time home buyers and a little hesitant to talk to anyone because we didn't know anything about the process. Michelle was our first contact when we began our home searches. We met over a phone call and had a good enough impression to move forward with her. Upon meeting her in person, we felt very comfortable. Her office is downtown and it is a very nice one, too. As our relationship grew, we felt as if she was our friend guiding us along. Now, I can say she is truly our friend. Toward the end of the home buying process I had all confidence in her, she knew the area, knew what we were looking for and honestly, I felt she was out for us and not out for herself. All I can say is I am very happy I picked her! I would like to add she greatly helped with all the steps through the process, from the home inspection to the title company and even letting us know the trash/recycling pick-up times at out new home. During this volatile housing market, we had quite a few hiccups along the way. From a buyer's not fulfilling their contingency requirements to another buyer demanding money in escrow at the closing table to repaint. In the end, through thick and thin, Barbie Harshman continued to get us above market offers time after time and we finally closed on our home. Thank you for sticking with us and being there when we were out of state selling a home.

I have been working with Cinnamon for more than 15 years. She has always been very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Half the time I get a notice from a building property manager about a problem with one of my tenants. I get ahold of Cinnamon and she says that it has alreadybeen taken care of. I have no thoughts of moving elsewhere. She is wonderful.
