Susan is thoughtful and caring, as though she’s selling her own home. She’s a good communicator and provides insight and information to allow you to make your own decisions.

She is very good at her profession. She knows the community very well and can connect you with what you are looking for. I do not recommend for anyone to have a dual agent, representing the seller and the buyer.

I have been working with Cinnamon for more than 15 years. She has always been very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Half the time I get a notice from a building property manager about a problem with one of my tenants. I get ahold of Cinnamon and she says that it has alreadybeen taken care of. I have no thoughts of moving elsewhere. She is wonderful.
