I was really intimated by the idea of purchasing my first home. It was hard to tell where to start or if I even could. I was planning on renting originally; Jessica helped me realize that buying was a real possibility for me. I was moving from Westminster to be closer to Reisterstown and Jess showed me homes in every area and we found the perfect location and home! Anytime I had a question, Jess or Christina were there to help explain it. They introduced me to a lender that was able to work with me. They helped connect me to people who are able to help with renovations. They took a stressful process and made it simpler for me. It's something I'm incredibly thankful for and I am extremely excited! I absolutely love my new home!

It was a pleasure working with Hector Lopez. It was a no-brainer selecting Hector to list my investment property. He was easy and comfortable to work with. He gave me suggestions on upgrades I could add to my house before listing the property to entice sellers to come and bid on my property. His knowledge of the real estate market and how he explains the intricacies of the sales contract gave me a sense of confidence that I would be protected in case a disagreement arose between buyer and seller.
