We had to move fast, and Nikki knew it! We found a house that had EVERYTHING we wanted! Nikki was able to set up a showing immediately with her selling agent, Sarah. Sarah was fantastic! We immediately fell in love and knew others would too. Nikki walked us through ever step to get a quick but fair offer in the game. Nikki answered every question we had promptly and with a good explanation. This was my first home purchase. She gave us play by play updates and always kept us in the loop! Michelle then assisted with all of the closing preparations. She was on top of all the logistics and made sure we had everything in order for a smooth closing!
