I have had an excellent experience with Juan Umanzor . He is extremely knowledgeable in the real estate industry. Juan let me know up front how he could assist me to sell my property and he kept every promise that he made to me. Juan gave me an estimate of closing costs to sell my property at our first meeting which was very impressive and extremely helpful. Juan was outstanding and very responsive to all my questions and concerns during the entire process to sell my property. Juan always worked in my best interest and negotiated the sell of my property in that same regard. Despite many challenges, Juan sold my property very fast during our contract above and beyond my expectations. Juan has truly been a blessing for me and is the best real estate agent that I ever worked with. I highly recommend Juan Umanzor.

In fact, I started this process of selling my house and buying a new house without actually knowing what to do and what to expect along the way because I needed the proceeds from my house for a down payment on my new house. My agent Kenneth Lewis advised me on what we have to do. He took us through the process stress free. Kenneth Lewis is very professional, he knows what he’s doing. I will recommend him to anyone who is looking for an agent to contact him. He is the agent you need for your housing needs. What an excellent job, from start to closing. My family and I, say thank you very much
