Victoria kept us appropriately aware of the status of the process. When I needed extra explanation, she patiently and thoroughly helped me understand what was happening, what was not happening and how the road ahead looked. She was informed and personable, timely and professional...serious, but also good for a laugh at the appropriate times. Working with her, we were always aware that our interests were taken into consideration and anything we needed to know about was communicated while at the same time easing us around some discomforting moments in our several month relationship. Selling a house and moving is a scary and upsetting experience.
