I love Tineshia and her work. She is a wonderful Real Estate Agent. I met her before the pandemic started and I had a very difficult renter living in my property. Tineshia was always professional, she gave her professional opinion in a very kind way, and she never let anything ruffle the feathers of our working relationship; when it came to selling my house in Baltimore, MD. She is a licensed agent in several states and the Nation Capital; so I do not have to keep looking for an agent to sell me my next anything and that is another thing that I like about Tineshia.

Nick, representing me as Buyer's Agent, offered to meet me at an Open House which turned out to be "the house." He immediately submitted the offer and kept me updated every step of the way. He scheduled everything and kept me in the loop. He was prepared, polite, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend him and will look forward to working with him for any future real estate needs.

Very easy flat fee transaction. Tom was wonderful to work with. I submitted my info on his website which was very easy to use. He then contacted me with clarifying questions the next morning, which I greatly appreciated. I had offers two days after listing my property. Can’t imagine selling any other way. Highly highly recommend!!
