Monica was very knowledgeable about the area(s) I was house hunting in as well as the first time home buyer program, NACA, that I was attempting to use to purchase my home. She gave me a lot of insight and feed back on properties that I would request to view. She was also very well organized and was quick with responses for the agents within NACA that would request additional information.
