She takes the time to understand why wants and needs are the way the are how to find the best compromise with your budget. Barb McPhail was so helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing our home, giving us the support we needed to make decisions along the way with confidence. Our situation included a long-distance move with only one of us on-site looking at houses in person with her, and she was so thoughtful in helping us through that difficult situation.
