Very helpful and good

We bought a vacation home with Marlene a few years ago and when a house came on the market that was too good to pass up, we knew we had to talk to Marlene. Her knowledge of the neighborhood and the market is amazing. Plus, she is incredibly patient and never made us feel rushed, always taking the time to answer our questions. She is also very responsive-any time we needed her, she was there. There were a few times that the seller’s agent offered opinions or tried to negotiate without even consulting with the seller and Marlene handled all of it with grace, always thinking of our best interest. Thank you, Marlene!

Stacie was very patient with Aide and I as we were not really sure what we wanted to do. She endured multiple showings at the same properties with a smile. She was easy to communicate with at all times. Highly recommend!
