A very caring and professional person

I had a few problems with the company that I purchased my home with. Because of Tim's knowledge of his profession, I was not only able to get those issues resolved but he was able to get me incentives for those short comings. I thank him for his service and would not hesitate to call on him again if the opportunity ever presents itself again.
