He was very patient with me, and he explained how things worked as a first-time home buyer. He was ready and available whenever I sent him a house I was interested in. He spoke to the sellers whenever I was concerned about something, so I knew he was my advocate at all times. He always updated me on things and took control of situations I did not understand. When we finally found the home of my dreams, he was a constant support to me all the way from putting in the paperwork, negotiating the deal to signing the contract. He made me feel so comfortable even though this was my first time buying a house. He was a true Representative/Agent for me!! Thank you Mark for making my dream come through!! Will was able to show us around a dozen homes that fit our criteria. He was honest about the pros/cons of each house and talked about concerns that may occur with each property (proximity to stadiums, distance from metros, local schools, etc.). He connected us with a fast and professional financer that actually provided us with the lowest rate, we did shop around. Where Will's experienced shined the most was in finding solutions. When we decided on the house for us the sellers decided to throw a few curve balls. Will provided us with multiple options to resolve the issues that were presented in the process of finding our home. Closing at the agreed upon time, last minute contract changes, and having a move-in ready house were some of the hurdles we ran into and Will resolved them all. I imagine that buying a home is always a bit of a stressful ordeal, but having an experienced realtor to negotiate on your behalf and manage expectations made a difference. My wife and I are very satisfied with our home.
