After one showing, she expected us to sign an exclusive agreement with her. We mentioned our dilemma to a local contractor, who we met in a restaurant, and he suggested Dennis. We were impressed immediately. He knows Maryland! His knowledge of the neighborhoods and market is outstanding. Dennis' candidness and honesty were refreshing to say the least, and he never asked us to sign an exclusive. In the negotiation stage of the home buying process, he was on our side - there was no pressure at all. Since we are essentially 'out-of-towners', he helped us get settled into our home by recommending an electrician, plumber, etc. - all top notch like Dennis! ​
