Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.

Alexandra is a pro. Her communications were excellent so I always new the results of her marketing plan. Being in a challenging time of higher rates, she was positive and stayed focused until the property sold. The home sold towards the end of our listing agreement and I loved how she kept working right up to the end and used all the tools she had to make it happen, she never gave up.

Linda was great from the initial appointment to walk the property I bought all the way through closing. She kept me informed of what was going on what I needed to do on my end and stayed in touch with the listing agent keeping them moving and motivated. I recommend any one looking for an agent who is going to push to make your sell as a listing agent or just an agent to negotiate on your behalf, she keeps your best interest at heart and does her job extremely well!
