Jorge played an integral part in finding the home we were looking for. His complete understanding of our purchasing requirements allowed us to have all the options we wanted when deciding on the home we wanted. His follow up on the closing details really took away the stress of the purchase along with his guidance and communication to gather all the necessary documentation required for the day of closing. Danene was fantastic. We priced the home competitively and got some decent activity. Wanted it to go fast so we did a price reduction about 10 days in and within a week we were under contract. She was also able to negotiate an extended close to give us time to get out.

As first time homebuyers the thought of everything that goes into this process was very intimidating to say the least. Luckily, immediately in our home search Danielle reached out to us through Realtor and we could not have asked for someone better to help us. From the very beginning she was incredibly accommodating, and always available to answer any questions we had about potential properties or what we needed to do to be ready for purchasing. She was also very patient, never pressuring us into any decision we were not comfortable with and made sure we understood our options every step of the way. She made this milestone feel very achievable and easier than we would have ever anticipated. On top of her knowledge and professionalism Danielle was also genuinely kind and enjoyable to work with, we felt she had our best interest in mind from start to finish and we always looked forward to our conversations when meeting with her. This review is long overdue. Shaylynn is a class act realtor, this was my first home and I didn't know A to B in regards to homebuying so I questioned everything. Not only did I have a million questions that she made herself available to answer but I was also extremely picky. Shaylynn held my hand through the whole process and was extremely aggressive when it came down to finding the right properties and working with the sellers when it came down to extending an offer. I am forever grateful for her patience. After being hospitalized with COVID Shaylynn called me while sick in bed and prayed for me right there on the phone. Religion may not be everyone's thing but to know my REALTOR would do wha'ts not required of her and genuinely care says it all for me. Due to being diagonsed with the virus closing became very hard but Shaylynn was able to get me into my house on New Years Eve 2020. What a better way to start the new year, I am forever grateful.
