Holly and Jamie were fabulous to work with. Holly was awesome at keeping us informed throughout the entire process. Jamie has many resources to help with any problems that may arise. It was a great experience working with them.

We probably made things more difficult for Stella, because we were an all cash buyer and we did not want realtor representation. We were also an out of town buyer so we negotiated a price prior to arriving two days later. Stella did a great job communicating back and forth with us and the seller. The home description was spot on and drew our excitement. Also, the pics and staging was very professional. The home was also priced right in the present market. The sale was a little more complicated due to the personal items up for sale. Stella allowed us to negotiate directly with the seller on the personal items, which we appreciated very much. Stella was able to keep both parties satisfied even though the closing took longer than usual due to the seller building a new home and us not wanting to move until the fall. She continued to stay on top of all paperwork and deadlines. The title company she utilizes was top notch as well. Overall, this was a very good experience.

I really enjoyed working with Brendan! He made this transaction effortless. It’s a little taxing selling a property when you live out of state but Brendan made it so easy. He is very knowledgeable of the market and did all he could to make this transaction go smoothly, which it did. His communication was excellent. He answered any and all questions I had in a timely manner. We highly recommend him!!
