We followed the “best practice” advice of interviewing with three agents before making a decision. We picked Ashira because she knew the market, the area and listened to what we wanted. One of the other agents suggested a price more than 25K less than the asking price Ashira recommended. Ashira was responsive when we had any questions. And her assistant Amanda was an excellent and knowledgeable back-up. When we were negotiating with our buyer, Ashira made some smart recommendations that allowed our buyer to afford the house and provide us the highest sales price. We made a great choice when we decided to work with Ashira. She was extremely competent, appropriately aggressive and a pleasure to work with. We would be delighted to work with her again in the future.

Jimmy was great. It has been more than 2 decades since my last home purchase, so it may as well have been my first. Jimmy was patient while guiding me through the process. Everything went smoothly and I'm in my new home, ready for the next chapter.

Donna was amazing to work with. She guided us through everything we needed to do to get top dollar for our listing. She was honest and thorough with her feedback and we were able to get more for our home than I thought possible. All of the details and paperwork were handled without us neededing to do much more than sign when the time came. I would highly reccomend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
