Tracy helped us sell our condo in Ellicott City this fall. She came to our initial meeting with printouts of the research she had done about similar properties that had recently sold in the area. We were thinking about renovating before selling, and she came prepared with suggestions for that, too, such as what to focus on if we were to renovate and companies that could handle the project. She was very good at keeping in touch and informing us about the progress as we were selling from out-of-state. We sold the condo quickly and were very pleased with Tracy's work.

Holly is a terrific agent, and I would highly recommend her for anyone but especially for high end/luxury properties. She re-listed my property after I took a few months off (I'd listed with another agent first and went 4 months with no offers). She walked me through the process in a very thorough and professional manner. I was out of state throughout the listing and sale of my condo, and Holly was very communicative, responsive, and generally made everything much easier for me even without ever meeting in person. She provided regular updates and explanations of everything that was happening and made me feel confident that my listing was in expert hands.

Carol has two major asserts as far as being a real estate agent. The first is that she listens to what you want as far as where you want to live. Prior agents decided that they know what I wanted more than I did and did not listen to me. I wanted to live in a community with retirees who wanted to do things. She found me a community with over 55 year old residents who were very active and who continually went outside to exercise and enjoy the beautiful weather we have been enjoing. They go to restaurants and other eating establishments as well as super markets to purchase food and necessities for their homes. The current residents take me with them to help me learn about different places and the advantages or detractions of each. The second asset which Carol has is that she is the hardest working real estate agent I have ever met or worked with. Her energy level is amazing. If she says she will pick you up at 9:00 AM, you had better be ready since she will be there. She finds the answers to all your questions about the unit she is showing you and tells you all the good points and the bad points so that you are entering into negotiations with knowledge on your side. She is honest and forthright. You can rely on her descriptions of the conditions of the unit and how actious the seller is to want to sell the unit. I have recommended Carol to people I know who want to buy Florida real estate without fear that she will mislead them. Very helpful and good

Heather was so easy to work with especially for a first time home buyer! I had no idea what I wanted at first, except bigger and affordable. Bigger is easy enough in this market, but affordable is a challenge. Heather kept me up to date with new listings, got me in to see every place I was interested in, and when I found the right one, made sure my offer was competitive and in line with the appraisal value. My new home was a hot property and the bidding was fast and furious, but Heather was on top of it. We quickly revised my offer as the bidding heated up and were happily under contract within one day of the condominium coming on the market. She kept me on track with the walk through making sure I didn't miss the faulty dishwasher and negotiated with the seller for enough for me to replace it. No home buying story is complete without a little drama. My mortgage company approved the loan quickly, but then got snagged on some paperwork right before closing. I was worried, but Heather was there every step of the way advising and advocating for me with the mortgage company and the seller. The paperwork got completed with literally minutes to spare, and I raced to the title company. Heather was there with a giant gift bag ready to go.
