Kristen was amazing... The end of last year, the market was becoming more volatile, I was nervous as I had been looking for months and was so disappointed because I had just lost an offer on the perfect home for me. Kristen encouraged me to do a backup offer immediately and even though it seemed a waste of time since they had a solid buyer who was closing right away, she encouraged me to try. We continued to look at options over the next couple of weeks, but then lo and behold we got the call that the original buyer backed out! I couldn't believe it and before I knew it, I was moving in. Little did I know that there were multiple back up offers to mine. Had I not listened to Kristen, I would have never been able to get back in line and enter a bidding war to buy the home. Kristen's understanding of the market, where it was headed and what I needed to do immediately, made all of the difference. I will always appreciate her guidance and efforts on my behalf. This is my last home purchase/my forever home and I am over the moon.

This review is long overdue. Shaylynn is a class act realtor, this was my first home and I didn't know A to B in regards to homebuying so I questioned everything. Not only did I have a million questions that she made herself available to answer but I was also extremely picky. Shaylynn held my hand through the whole process and was extremely aggressive when it came down to finding the right properties and working with the sellers when it came down to extending an offer. I am forever grateful for her patience. After being hospitalized with COVID Shaylynn called me while sick in bed and prayed for me right there on the phone. Religion may not be everyone's thing but to know my REALTOR would do wha'ts not required of her and genuinely care says it all for me. Due to being diagonsed with the virus closing became very hard but Shaylynn was able to get me into my house on New Years Eve 2020. What a better way to start the new year, I am forever grateful. We are very pleased to give Sima our highest recommendation - she was the obvious choice because we'd had such a positive experience with her when we sold our previous house. We have never worked with anyone who cared so much and worked so hard for our benefit - in real estate or any other area. Perhaps the most important thing to note is that we moved out of the country during the process and Sima took care of the place and its needs, perhaps better than we ever could have. She truly cared about us and our home. Her real estate advice was right on and her knowledge of the difficult situation in Montgomery County in the last year was reassuring.
