Ms. Shawn is the best real estate agent anyone could ask for. She is kind listens to my wants and needs as well as keeping in mind things I never thought of. She takes the time to understand why wants and needs are the way the are how to find the best compromise with your budget. She’s on top of the ball and will be honest if a house while good in theory may not be the best long term and that combination of empathy and honesty is invaluable!

Working with Steve, Jodi, and the SP Home team was an 11/10! After starting to lose hope during covid and this crazy market, we started to feel like we should just settle. Despite going to look at probably 100s of homes with us, Steve convinced us NOT to settle, and shortly thereafter, we found the most perfect home that checked all of the boxes. Steve & Jodi were both super responsive, flexible, and personable. They truly looked out for us during this process and didn't recommend crazy high offers, even when we felt desperate enough to do it. They really keep clients in mind first & the companies they recommend/work with are also first class. Our experience couldn't have been better!

I’m so glad I chose to work with Leslie Joyner to sell my home. She is professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and communicates clearly every step of the way. On top of that, she has a kind heart. I would absolutely work with her again and highly recommend her to anyone I know.

Francheska and her team were absolutely amazing to work with. Everything went smoothly and her and her team are highly professional! I would recommend Francheska to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
