This review is long overdue. Shaylynn is a class act realtor, this was my first home and I didn't know A to B in regards to homebuying so I questioned everything. Not only did I have a million questions that she made herself available to answer but I was also extremely picky. Shaylynn held my hand through the whole process and was extremely aggressive when it came down to finding the right properties and working with the sellers when it came down to extending an offer. I am forever grateful for her patience. After being hospitalized with COVID Shaylynn called me while sick in bed and prayed for me right there on the phone. Religion may not be everyone's thing but to know my REALTOR would do wha'ts not required of her and genuinely care says it all for me. Due to being diagonsed with the virus closing became very hard but Shaylynn was able to get me into my house on New Years Eve 2020. What a better way to start the new year, I am forever grateful. Thank you Shaylynn!

We are very pleased to give Sima our highest recommendation - she was the obvious choice because we'd had such a positive experience with her when we sold our previous house. We have never worked with anyone who cared so much and worked so hard for our benefit - in real estate or any other area. Perhaps the most important thing to note is that we moved out of the country during the process and Sima took care of the place and its needs, perhaps better than we ever could have. She truly cared about us and our home. Her real estate advice was right on and her knowledge of the difficult situation in Montgomery County in the last year was reassuring. If we were ever to move back we know who we would talk to. Sima gets five stars - we'd give her more, if we could.

We put our condo - in a 55+ community- up for sale just before the Holidays. Ginger wrote up a lovely description and had many pics on the various realty sites. She stayed in continued contact and made many good suggestions as far as staging and furniture placement, etc. With the elections and being in an area particularly subject to political environment ups & downs, we got the condo sold pretty quickly despite the overall politically-caused pause in number of active buyers and the Holidays. We'd hire her again in a second~

The thought of finding a new home, when you live out-of-state, creates that “state” of high anxiety. Once you meet Abby, there is that feeling of talking with a friend. There is the professional and knowledgeable side of Abby, but also the personable and confident side. One who is caring and focused on helping you. A very comforting feeling. She has a good understanding of the present-day market. She will spend time questioning the client as to their needs, wants and desires. While our thoughts were of a single home, she injected thought of a duplex. This discussion produced a list of candidates (single and duplex) to visit. She was able to get us into a house (a duplex) the day it went on the market. It was everything we could have imagined as our new home. Abby suggested an inspector and an appraiser that she had worked with on numerous occasions. Both men were very detailed in preparing their reports. She kept me updated and answered questions, sometimes even before they were asked! She fully explained the process and provided a time schedule for the various events. Everything went smoothly from getting loan approval to closing because of the time and effort Abby put in. The offer we made may not have been the highest, but it was written to reflect our desire for the house along with the willingness to work with the seller. It did the trick – we won the bidding war! Our offer was the most favorable to the seller. She definitely knows how to sweeten the deal! I strongly recommend Abby to anyone looking for a great realtor to assist them in today’s housing market.
