Jessica has assisted me with the purchase and sale of my residence and other investment properties in both Baltimore City and Baltimore County over a period of about five years. I have found her to be knowledgeable, well-informed, and extremely competent in her field. She is always quick to respond to any need, and is a pleasure to work with. Another well-respected real estate agent who claimed to specialize in higher-end properties suggested a listing price for a home I was selling which I felt was below its market value. Jessica convinced me that the property should be listed for nearly $150,000 more than the other agent, and I went with her and Yaffe as the listing agent. The result: my house was under contract in four days, and for only $10,000 less than the asking price. I would highly recommend Jessica Alperstein to anyone in the market to buy or sell real estate.
