We followed the “best practice” advice of interviewing with three agents before making a decision. We picked Ashira because she knew the market, the area and listened to what we wanted. One of the other agents suggested a price more than 25K less than the asking price Ashira recommended. Ashira was responsive when we had any questions. And her assistant Amanda was an excellent and knowledgeable back-up. When we were negotiating with our buyer, Ashira made some smart recommendations that allowed our buyer to afford the house and provide us the highest sales price. We made a great choice when we decided to work with Ashira. She was extremely competent, appropriately aggressive and a pleasure to work with. We would be delighted to work with her again in the future.

Aaron is the best realtor on the East Coast! His attention to detail and his understanding of the purchase/loan process is top tier! He values the customer above his commission check! He ensures the home is a great fit and is in good condition, and will point out things within the homes that could be potential problems in the future. He is great at communicating to the other real estate agents and is an amazing negotiator. In the crazy housing market we were able to get over 10k discount on the sales price while most home sales are going for more than the asking price! If you need an agent that cares about you and treats you with respect then this is your guy! He will jump through hoops and is always available to answer any questions to ensure you get the home of your dreams! Aaron is officially my realtor for life!

There were three realtors involved in two transactions, and not one of the realtors could even hold a candle up to my realtor. The other involved realtors involved were unprepared and lacked a certain knowledge that my realtor seem to have innately. I would highly recommend my realtor under any circumstance

This review is long overdue. Shaylynn is a class act realtor, this was my first home and I didn't know A to B in regards to homebuying so I questioned everything. Not only did I have a million questions that she made herself available to answer but I was also extremely picky. Shaylynn held my hand through the whole process and was extremely aggressive when it came down to finding the right properties and working with the sellers when it came down to extending an offer. I am forever grateful for her patience. After being hospitalized with COVID Shaylynn called me while sick in bed and prayed for me right there on the phone. Religion may not be everyone's thing but to know my REALTOR would do wha'ts not required of her and genuinely care says it all for me. Due to being diagonsed with the virus closing became very hard but Shaylynn was able to get me into my house on New Years Eve 2020. What a better way to start the new year, I am forever grateful.
