Where to begin to acknowledge all that Dave Jimenez did to help me buy and sell. First, I could NOT have gotten through the process without him. His knowledge, skill set, calm nature, listening skills and follow through are unmatched. He helped me through every decision I had to make, allowed me to vent and we laughed & I cried together. Leaving a family home that had been lived in for five generations was very hard for me. Dave understood the emotional roller coaster I was on. There was never a time I reached out to him that he wasn’t swiftly responsive. He followed up on every detail of selling and buying. Selling was much more challenging than buying and Dave handled both seamlessly. Dave showed me homes I was interested in seeing very quickly. Holly is a terrific agent, and I would highly recommend her for anyone but especially for high end/luxury properties.
