Brian acted as my agent for the purchase of a home in Maple Lawn, Fulton. First and foremost, he earned my my trust and acted with patience, empathy and kept my interests at heart. He is a highly ethical and professional. During the search for a house and the critical process of making a successful offer he was thoughtful and provided careful information on the comparables and pricing. He is highly knowledgeable and has a deep knowledge of the homes in Maple Lawn. Beyond that, he is knowledgeable as a realtor and guided us through the process of preclosing and house inspections. He was utterly meticulous, took time to explain each process, had a time table and online to do schedule as well as written details. As the closing documents emerged, he went through EVERY item to explain what these complicated documents meant. I did not sign off on anything without him explaining what these were. This was also crucial as we did an online closing. Brian went to each inspection. Our post closing experience was also very special. He now acted also as neighbour, and was a font of advice and information on all the various services that go with maintaining a house. Based on my experience with Brian, I believe he would be just as special as a sellers agent.

Heather was so easy to work with especially for a first time home buyer! I had no idea what I wanted at first, except bigger and affordable. Bigger is easy enough in this market, but affordable is a challenge. Heather kept me up to date with new listings, got me in to see every place I was interested in, and when I found the right one, made sure my offer was competitive and in line with the appraisal value. My new home was a hot property and the bidding was fast and furious, but Heather was on top of it. We quickly revised my offer as the bidding heated up and were happily under contract within one day of the condominium coming on the market. She kept me on track with the walk through making sure I didn't miss the faulty dishwasher and negotiated with the seller for enough for me to replace it. No home buying story is complete without a little drama. My mortgage company approved the loan quickly, but then got snagged on some paperwork right before closing. I was worried, but Heather was there every step of the way advising and advocating for me with the mortgage company and the seller. The paperwork got completed with literally minutes to spare, and I raced to the title company. Heather was there with a giant gift bag ready to go.

One of the other agents suggested a price more than 25K less than the asking price Ashira recommended. Ashira was responsive when we had any questions. And her assistant Amanda was an excellent and knowledgeable back-up. When we were negotiating with our buyer, Ashira made some smart recommendations that allowed our buyer to afford the house and provide us the highest sales price.
