Because of his skill is in listening to our requirements and then translating them into a successful marketing strategy plus actively helping us put his plan into action. Long story short, TJ crafted a plan that got us a firm offer with no contingencies and 6.5% above our listing price in only three days. Our market research told us that is an exceptional achievement. Holly is a terrific agent, and I would highly recommend her for anyone but especially for high end/luxury properties.
