Knowledge, communication and professionalism was great.

This experience with Ms Breckenridge was smooth and so fast that everyone in my neighborhood and my congregation couldn't believe how fast this process took. We visited my daughter in North Carolina in August, we came back home in September and decided to sell our house. We contacted Ms Breckenridge maybe the second week in September, and she sold our house by the end of October to the first offer we excepted with no hiccups. All smooth transactions. I would recommend Ms Breckenridge to anyone that selling or buying a home.
