From buying our first home and then selling it later, Luba was wonderfully helpful. She went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and to get us exactly what we wanted. We won't ever find a realtor like her!

Tracy helped us sell our condo in Ellicott City this fall. She came to our initial meeting with printouts of the research she had done about similar properties that had recently sold in the area. We were thinking about renovating before selling, and she came prepared with suggestions for that, too, such as what to focus on if we were to renovate and companies that could handle the project. She was very good at keeping in touch and informing us about the progress as we were selling from out-of-state. We sold the condo quickly and were very pleased with Tracy's work.

Mr. Hoeffner is knowledgeable about all aspects of the real estate market. He has worked with us on four different real estate transactions. His background as a lawyer and years in real estate is reflected in every transaction. He is responsible, communicative, down to earth, and gets results. On one transaction, he advised us to raise our asking price which we did and sold in a few days getting more than asking. He has been on target each time and has advised us well throughout our seven year relationship. Ken is the consummate professional.

Alexandra is a pro. Her communications were excellent so I always new the results of her marketing plan. Being in a challenging time of higher rates, she was positive and stayed focused until the property sold. The home sold towards the end of our listing agreement and I loved how she kept working right up to the end and used all the tools she had to make it happen, she never gave up.
