Working with Steve, Jodi, and the SP Home team was an 11/10! After starting to lose hope during covid and this crazy market, we started to feel like we should just settle. Despite going to look at probably 100s of homes with us, Steve convinced us NOT to settle, and shortly thereafter, we found the most perfect home that checked all of the boxes. Steve & Jodi were both super responsive, flexible, and personable. They truly looked out for us during this process and didn't recommend crazy high offers, even when we felt desperate enough to do it. They really keep clients in mind first & the companies they recommend/work with are also first class. Our experience couldn't have been better!

I cannot say enough about Karen and Ralph. They guided us in what we needed to change to sell and what to leave alone for the new owners to be able to add their personal touch. That really saved us so much time and money. Managing most things that needed done to the house on my own, their willingness to jump in and help when needed was not something most realtors wouldn't do. They got us the highest price possible, and the highest property sold in the development, so others who need to sell will benefit from our comp in the future. I've never sold a house in 2 days, and we have them to thank for that!
