The thought of finding a new home, when you live out-of-state, creates that “state” of high anxiety. Once you meet Abby, there is that feeling of talking with a friend. There is the professional and knowledgeable side of Abby, but also the personable and confident side. One who is caring and focused on helping you. A very comforting feeling. She has a good understanding of the present-day market. She will spend time questioning the client as to their needs, wants and desires. While our thoughts were of a single home, she injected thought of a duplex. This discussion produced a list of candidates (single and duplex) to visit. She was able to get us into a house (a duplex) the day it went on the market. It was everything we could have imagined as our new home. Abby suggested an inspector and an appraiser that she had worked with on numerous occasions. Both men were very detailed in preparing their reports. She kept me updated and answered questions, sometimes even before they were asked! She fully explained the process and provided a time schedule for the various events. Everything went smoothly from getting loan approval to closing because of the time and effort Abby put in. The offer we made may not have been the highest, but it was written to reflect our desire for the house along with the willingness to work with the seller. It did the trick – we won the bidding war! Our offer was the most favorable to the seller. She definitely knows how to sweeten the deal! I strongly recommend Abby to anyone looking for a great realtor to assist them in today’s housing market.

Cheryl made all my dreams come true. She found us a perfect home. Her knowledge of the community and professionalism in negotiations is outstanding. She helped us in so many ways from finding us house cleaners, movers, staging, mortgage brokers and more.

Mike was very professional and got our house sold quickly and for what we were asking. He responded to any questions or concerns very quickly. Would highly recommend.

Kevin Savercool helped us purchase our first home in Silver Spring. He made the experience a 10/10! He was always available to talk, answer questions, bounce ideas off of, and prompt to help us schedule showings as we toured different houses and evaluated our priorities. His knowledge of the market and the area was invaluable and we learned so much from him through our process. I would recommend him to anyone I know when buying or selling! Thanks again Kevin and team.
